Dispatch and delivery

Each set is personalised and prepared with care. Ryella aims to have your order shipped and delivered within seven days of ordering. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by busy periods, bank holidays or severe weather.

Tracked Royal Mail services include Tracked 24, Tracked 48, Express 24 Plus and Guaranteed Next Day Delivery, depending on the options available at checkout. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. Faster services reduce transit time but do not shorten personalisation and preparation time. Guaranteed Next Day Delivery applies from dispatch, not from the day you order, subject to Royal Mail cut-off times and service conditions.
