Royal Mail delivery options

We ship using tracked Royal Mail services. Depending on the option selected at checkout, available services include:

• Royal Mail Tracked 24
• Royal Mail Tracked 48
• Express 24 Plus
• Guaranteed Next Day Delivery

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information where available. Faster delivery services reduce the time your parcel spends in transit but do not shorten the time needed to personalise and prepare your order.

Guaranteed Next Day Delivery applies from the date of dispatch, not from the date the order is placed.Orders must also meet the relevant Royal Mail cut-off times and service conditions.

Although we aim for delivery within seven days, delivery times are estimates unless a guaranteed service has been selected. Delays can occasionally occur during busy periods, bank holidays or severe weather.
