Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 28 August 2026

These Terms and Conditions apply when you use the Ryella website or purchase products from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

1. About Ryella

Ryella is a family-run UK business selling personalised gifts. You can contact us customerservice@ryella.co.uk

or through our Contact Us page.

2. Our products

We aim to describe and display our products accurately. Because screens display colours differently, the finished colours may vary slightly from those shown online. Sublimation printing is intended for suitable light-coloured garments and materials.

Product availability, garment styles, sizes and personalisation options may change. Images are for illustration and may show example names, ages or designs.

3. Personalisation

Please enter all requested names, ages, wording, colours and design details into the Personalisation box at checkout. You are responsible for checking that the information provided is complete and spelled correctly. We will normally produce the item using the details exactly as submitted.

If a request is unclear, unsuitable or cannot be produced, we may contact you for clarification. This may delay dispatch. We reserve the right to refuse unlawful, offensive or otherwise inappropriate personalisation.

4. Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted when we send confirmation that it has been accepted or dispatched. We may cancel and refund an order if a product is unavailable, a pricing error has occurred, payment cannot be authorised or the requested personalisation cannot be completed.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include applicable taxes where required. Delivery charges and available delivery services are shown at checkout before payment. Payment must be authorised before we begin processing an order.

6. Changes and cancellations

If you need to change an order, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We will try to help if production has not started, but changes cannot be guaranteed once a personalised product is being made.

Personalised and custom-made products are generally excluded from change-of-mind cancellation rights. Your rights remain protected if an item is faulty, damaged, not as described or incorrect.

7. Delivery

We aim to have orders shipped and delivered within seven days. Available services may include Royal Mail Tracked 24, Royal Mail Tracked 48, Express 24 Plus and Guaranteed Next Day Delivery.

Faster or guaranteed delivery services apply from dispatch and do not remove the time needed to personalise and prepare an order. Delivery estimates may be affected by busy periods, bank holidays, severe weather or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Please see our Delivery Information page for further details.

8. Returns and refunds

Returns, replacements and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and your statutory rights. Please contact us before returning an item.

9. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, not as described or different from what you ordered, contact us with your order number and clear photographs. We will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with UK consumer law.

10. Website content and intellectual property

The Ryella name, branding, website content, photographs and original designs belong to Ryella or are used with permission. They must not be copied, reproduced, sold or used commercially without permission.

You must only request personalisation using words, photographs or designs that you have the right to use. You are responsible for ensuring that material you provide does not infringe another person’s rights.

11. Acceptable website use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful code, interfere with its operation or use it for unlawful activity.

12. Our responsibility

We do not exclude or limit responsibility where doing so would be unlawful, including responsibility for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.

13. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control. We will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption and keep affected customers informed.

14. Privacy

We use personal information as explained in our Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when our products, services or legal obligations change. The terms that apply to an order are those in force when the order is placed.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you retain any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Any dispute may be brought before a court with lawful jurisdiction.

17. Contact
